Dabster Productions have been appointed to oversee the project throughout Scotland and have been working with our current trainees. Dabster make radio programmes, comedy sketches, advertising campaigns, podcasts and short films for a wide range of clients including the BBC. They’ve also written, produced and released two number one novelty hit singles. They have been around since January 2006 and have studios and offices in Edinburgh and London. HERE |

The Highlands and Islands will receive €158m (approx. £105m) as a "statistical effect" transitional region under the Convergence Objective, which replaces the Objective 1 in 2007. There will be less scope for many activities traditionally funded by the Structural Funds, e.g. large scale infrastructure projects in transport, tourism or economic development, and more focus on activities such as workforce development, encouraging enterprise, business growth and support for innovation, commercialisation and research and development.
